- In 2017, Brain Feed recognised as one of the best schools in Andhra Pradesh. Director of Sumedha has received the best school award from Brain Feed in Bangalore.
- In 2018, Sumedha High School Head Master Mr. K. Ramnbabu has been awarded as the Best Teacher by PrajaShakthi News Magazine.
- Head Master K. Rambabu has received the Award from M.L.C. Lakshman Rao Garu.
- On 8th march, 2019.Sumedha High School Chairperson M.Mallewarigaru received “The Best entrepreneur award from. Smt. SailajaKiran.Margadarsi M.D on woman’s day.It was held at R.V.R & J.C Engineering College – chowdavaram , Guntur
- In 2019, Brain Feed the National Magazine has selected Sumedha High School is the best leading school with all amenities & Infrastructure.
- M. Chandra Sekhar Reddy Garu and Chairperson M. Malleswari Garu received the Best School Excellence Award in Hyderabad.
- In 2020, Children Space Club of India selected M.william , English teacher and G.Venkat Reddy Physics Teacher as The Best Teachers throughout Andhra Pradesh.

- On 25th Jun,22. Our school has won SWACH VIDHYALAY PURASHKAR Award in District level. This award is presented by the District Collector Mr.VenuGopal Reddy Garu to the Director of Sumedha High School Mr.M.ChandraSekhar Reddy Garu.
- On Teachers day i.e., 05th Sep,2022. Our staff M.William has been selected as The Best Teacher in the District level by.PrajashakthiDaily and was awarded by LakshmanRaoGaruM.L.C..
- On 03rd Jan,2023. SavithriBhaiPule Birth anniversary has been declared as Women Teacher’s Day. Our Telugu teacherSmt.M. Anantha Lakshmi (Telugu pandit)selected as the best woman teacher and was felicitated by LakshmanRaoGaru.M.L.C.

- In 2019, Roto Fest has organised competition for children in Guntur. In that Sk. Mubisheer secured 2nd place in Carroms. S.Sumanth secured 3rd place in caroms.
- In Folk Dance Sk. Mabunissa, Y. Hrudaya Meri, K. Asritha, B. Radhika, D. Sai Manasa, V. Sruthi, R. Geethika, V. Hema Sree, A. Gnana Sailaja, Sk.Imambi, Sk. Sameer & V. Bhuvan Chandra.secured 1st Place.
- In 2019, Rainbow Art Academy, Gujarath conducted Drawing Competitions. In that our students grabbed 34 Gold Medals, 22 Silver Medals & 4 Bronze medals.
